Issues with the vehicle, speaker, sunroof, etc.

Pick up location is very inconvenient. Had I known it was far from the airport I would not have booked with this renter. Also having to have the car washed is also inconvenient. I am on vacation and didn’t have time to go to a car wash so I had to pay for them to have a service wash the car.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
