Illegal car (unregistered) was rented to me. Messed my up my first full day of a once in a lifetime family vacation to Maui.
Replacement car was of poor quality relative to original rental. No refund or other accommodation was made than an older less comfortable vehicle. Had to get turo involved to replace again with a different vehicle. Took up a lot of precious time I could’ve spent with my family. Basic business stuff. Register your car with the DMV or people will have their vacations affected.
