Our Turo experience was great. After verifying our license and identity, Turo walked us through the rest of the pick up process. Getting to the vehicle was a breeze with Uber (7 min drive from the airport). Found the vehicle right away. The Jeep was in great condition, extremely clean, perfect operating condition and simple to drive. The owner was professional and easy to communicate with. He responded quickly to all my questions. This was my first Turo rental so I had a lot of questions. The vehicle was simple to drop off even though it was at 8:00pm. He met us at the vehicle and drove us to a nearby Uber pick up point. Great experience through and through. I will undoubtedly rent from this company next time I’m in Maui.
