Our original rental was canceled just a few days before our trip, so this ended up being a last-minute booking and it couldn’t have worked out better! The Jeep was clean, reliable, and perfect for exploring Maui, especially the Road to Hana. The easy-to-use sunroof made the drive even more enjoyable. Pickup and drop-off were simple, and the host was friendly and responsive. We had a great experience from start to finish and would definitely rent from them again!

Awesome host, the car was clean and everything worked just as it should. Super convenient pick up spot right next to the airport. The retractable roof model is awesome for the intermittent rains. Will be renting again if available.

The host does not provide the level of attention that other hosts have offered. He only responds to the basics, but does not assist with locations or additional details.
We had an issue with a previous vehicle that had cockroaches, and it had to be replaced. However, he was not considerate in arranging the swap at a location closer to us.
We ended up losing valuable vacation time due to an issue that resulted from their own oversight and lack of proper maintenance.
Thank you for your feedback. When the cleanliness concern was reported, we offered a same day replacement at no cost so your trip could continue. Delivery to distant locations outside our service area was not available, so the swap was completed at our designated lot as quickly as possible. We remain committed to responsive support and maintaining clean, reliable vehicles for every guest.
