Quality was good. Carr struggled during strong winds, but made it through overall good experience.

We are so thankful for the jeep given the condition of Kihei. Great jeep and drove great. This great were great hosts and communication was awesome throughout our stay.

Car roof had zip ties and looks like it was missing a nail. Not the easiest to put the top down due to that and the back window rubber flapping off since it was detached when we got it.

The communication with host was ok. They were very active prior to us pickup up the vehicle. Once vehicle was picked up, we started having issues. Once the first day, the vehicle said oil change was required. No big deal, so we set out for our first day on the island. We suddenly started getting check engine lights (battery, oil temperature, service system etc) we pulled off the road and the car died. Attempted to connect with the host via the phone number provided but got no answer. They did respond via Turo app but said they were closed and would try to help. We were stranded for several hours and eventually contacted Turo support who sent a tow truck for the car. We had to Uber back to our hotel. Almost no luck finding an accommodating car for the dates and pickup/drop off locations we needed. So our itinerary had to shift drastically as most activities were pre booked and scheduled in advance.
