Pick up was easy, good communication and car was clean. It wasn’t the smoothest drive though, steering felt loose and acceleration felt a little unpredictable.

We appreciate you mentioning the driving feel. Our Jeep Wrangler High Tide XR is built with a more rugged, off-road suspension, which can feel different from standard vehicles, but we’ll still have everything checked to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Honestly this is the best jeep you will find on the island. The high tide addition and the aggressive tires added a very strong look to Mr. Rip, great for taking pictures at various overlooks. The jeep itself was incredibly clean and drove very smooth up Haleakala and all around the road to Hana. 10/10 would rent again! Marion is also an awesome host she responded very quick to the couple questions I had and made pickup and drop off extremely smooth! Mahalo for letting us rent with you and take in all of the aloha spirit in style 🤙🏾
