Easy to pickup and drop off. Vehicle had no mechanical issues. Could have been a little cleaner when I picked up. But no worries as there is a detail person at the lot that will clean up any concerns you have right on the spot. Which was amazing. Host is great with communication. I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks again for the great customer service.

The car was good overall. The tire pressure was extremely low on one tire when I picked it up. I had to fill it with air and I found out the sensor was wrong. The dashboard sensor indicated the right front passenger tire was low. I filled it up. And then the pressure didn’t change. It was actually the left front driver tire that was low. So I had to pay to fill the tire up again. I have notified them about it as well. I filled up air a total of 4 times over 6 days but didn’t find a nail or leak in the tire. The car itself drove well. It handled road to Hana and HaleakalĀ well. No complaints other than the tire pressure.
