What a hassle at check in. They gave me a car with no working lights, the electrical was shot, and the check engine light was on. I had to wait 2 hrs for a replacement, and the instructions were both difficult and irritating. The new rental they gave me had a change oil required on the dash the whole time, and the windshield wipes were separating. It rains alot here, so I dont know why this family doesnt manage their vehicles better. Also, pay your car washer. I waited at their lot and the car detailer said he has been there 3 weeks and has yet to be paid. Do better Baker

We had a great experience. The Jeep is in good shape and the automatic roof is clutch! Our host was responsive and proactive with communication from the time we booked through picking up the Jeep. Highly recommend!
