Car came just as listed! The hosts were so incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure to send an abundance of information regarding pick-up, user manual for using the soft top roof, and extra amenities such as coolers. I would totally rent from them again. Awesome hosts!

The Jeep pickup and drop-off process was simple, and the vehicle itself was clean.
However, there were a couple of issues during our rental. There was a problem with one of the tires that caused a very loud noise. When I reached out about it, I was asked to take the Jeep to a tire shop to have it looked at. That was pretty inconvenient while we were on vacation. After that, we were told to continue driving it until a replacement tire was available and then return to the tire shop to have it changed. We ended up just dealing with the loud noise and hoping the tire wouldn’t blow, which wasn’t ideal.
Also, based on the listing description, I understood that the Jeep would be located at the airport. I didn’t realize until after booking that we would need to arrange transportation to the vehicle. We didn’t have cell service upon arrival to request a ride share, so we had to pay $25 for a taxi to get to the Jeep and another $25 to get back to the airport at the end.
Overall, the vehicle was clean and the basic process was straightforward, but the tire issue and transportation misunderstanding made the experience less convenient than expected.
