Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Would definitely book again!

Car needs maintenance in the front wheels , there is a clinking sound that we heard all through out our trip. We felts some water dropped come in through the roof but the most annoying part was afterwards we started to hear a leaking sound from under the hood, if we open the glove compartment, you’ll hear that sound even with the car shut off. Overall we are glad we didn’t break down in the middle of the road. We were offered the opportunity to switch out vehicles on the first night , but it was a 2 hour drive total and we were jet lagged. So we just made the e best out of this one. I would rent from them again but perhaps a newer model with CarPlay.

Pros: older car means you look more like a local which is a positive, the jeep made navigating hikes and windy roads a bit easier, very close to the airport for pick up.
Cons: older car means it’s not as smooth driving, not updated screen, but could still plug phone in for GPS, lock and unlock buttons inside didn’t work correctly but the key worked well.
I’d rent from this family again - I’d just get one of their newer cars.
