Nice car, easy pickup and drop off. Responsive host with good communication. The minor damage on front fender is very light and only cosmetic, it was in the listing so no surprises and car exactly as described. Highly recommend!

This Jeep had 9000 miles and had pre existing front bumper damage when we picked it up. I did not expect a vehicle with such low miles with damage. Host apologized for “minor” damage. I feel like this car should not have been rented out as the photos were misleading. Front bumper definitely needs replacement. Turo refunded half of our trip which was nice. Other than that good service from Turo.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the pre-existing cosmetic damage to the front bumper did not meet your expectations. The damage was documented in post trip pictures and happened before your trip so it couldnt be in the listing when you booked. The bumper was not hanging off and was perfectlysafe to drive. While I understand your concern regarding a newer vehicle with low mileage, cosmetic imperfections can occur regardless of mileage as this is a RENTAL. I wish you the best!

Rae was awesome. Gave detailed instructions responded quickly, and Ivan was willing to go out of her way when I forgot to add the extra amenities that I eventually did not need for my trip.
The Jeep was just as pictured and the bride was extremely smooth. The car was extremely clean and smelt really good will definitely rent this next time we come to Hawaii thank you, Rae!
