Great experience. Easy pick up and drop off. Great communication from the host. Perfect car to get around, no problems and super good on gas too. Will definitely book again next time I am in Maui.

Je détesté mon expérience de début à la fin avec cet hôte, voiture sale, elle fait beaucoup de bruit étrange. Je devait récupérer la voiture à 13hrs, il avait stationner la voiture dans un stationnement payant à partir de 8h30 le matin, donc j'ai dû payer le plein prix pour sortir la voiture de ce stationnement. Et pour terminer, lors du retour de la voiture, je l'ai retourné la voiture à la place demander par monsieur, mais il appel en panique en me disant que la voiture n'était plus là....alors qu'il n'était pas encore arrivé à l'aéroport et il a mal regarder....
Je ne recommande aucunement!

This was the main problem. Language barrier. Idk what she was saying or trying to say. I think when people rent in turo. This must be the language of choice. Cause i do not have a button here that says translate. I will not recommend because it will be hard for other hosts to communicate with.
SAFETY ISSUES, COCKROACHES, RUDE/DISMISSIVE HOSTS, AND BROKEN CAR PLAY
I’m a traveling healthcare professional and I rented this car for 3.5 months. Early in the rental I noticed a clunk/rattle coming from the front right area when going over speed bumps or uneven pavement. I reported it to the host, but was accused of driving too fast, even though I was going at/under the speed limit at that point. After much back and forth and getting Turo customer service involved, I sought out a mechanic, who confirmed the tie rod needed to be replaced. I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket first before being reimbursed by the host. During that repair, the mechanic also identified a motor mount that needed replacement, which I also paid for upfront. This should not have happened.
I noticed multiple cockroaches within the first week. I had to purchase cockroach traps and found an entire colony that lived in the car. The host denied this issue, although one other review had mentioned the same problem previously. Additionally, the USB port for Apple CarPlay was broken. The host ensured he was ordering the correct parts, but a review from 7 months prior mentioned this issue - it seems like it still hadn’t been addressed.
Communication with the host and co-hosts was inconsistent. At times they were helpful, but at other times the responses were dismissive. They sometimes tried to move conversations to private text rather than keeping them in the Turo chat. I attempted to end the rental early through Turo due to all of these issues, but was told I would have to pay an early cancellation fee. Based on this experience, I would NOT rent from this host again.

She took care of the things that was brought up by her. But i the host re paid in full. Plus and additional for the troubles she had to deal with. Regarding the issues mention. It was well documented on the turo chat. I rated her 5 stars. But will not recommend her to hosts. Unfair reporting. Very disgraceful. And untruthful
