I didn’t get the 4-star treatment other reviews described but would still definitely rent from Bob again. He is on island time and I didn’t get an exact location of the car until almost 30 minutes after the rental started. And it wasn’t fully charged up but he was cool about that and made up for it by allowing me to return the car with a similar charge and time. Everything else about the rental was great, the car is an amazing machine!

We absolutely loved renting from Bob! His Mach-E was fantastic. We did road to Hana and Haleakala in it and had no issues at all. Bob was very specific with directions and made pick up and drop off very easy for us. Highly recommend renting from him. Mahalo! 🤙🏽
