Car was easy picking up and the host was very nice. Gave tons of information about the island. Enjoyed my trip. Thank you

The car had issues. Must of been in an accident prior to our reservation. Extremely loud when driving and the axel seems messed up. Disappointed to say the least.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed.
We do want to clarify that the vehicle was still under warranty and had been fully serviced and inspected by the dealership a few months before your trip, and again a week afterward. No accident-related
The vehicle also has a number of features that may not be immediately familiar to every driver. We’re always happy to explain or demonstrate any of the vehicle’s features or operation if you inform us.
