Very easy pivk up and return. Love that we dont have to go through long lines. Awesome car too.

Location was great. However, I wish Hoa would’ve put on the details that we were responsible for the airport parking fees. He didn’t notify us of this extra fee until after the vehicle was booked.
Also, seemed very strict about where we could and could NOT go. That didn’t sit right with me. Especially since we are going to the island to explore. Also, had many expectations regarding not bringing sand among other things into the vehicle. It’s a vacation and it’s an island. That’s not something we want to stress about.
I’ve rented others vehicles through TURO and never experienced this ever!
Hoa however was great at communicating. I will give him that! Also, helped when I needed him.
