This is our first experience renting through Turo, and we were very fortunate to have Desiree guide us thru, with changes that we had due to weather. But it was perfect. Our vehicle was waiting for us as soon as we got off the cruise port, super clean, reliable vehicle. No problems, we will definitely be coming back and using Turu, Mahalo Desiree
