The car had an issue but the host was amazing at doing all they could to rectify which we greatly appreciated. In the end, everything turned out ok.

Trip and host were great. Vehicle had some issue:
1. one of the rear entertainment screens was cracked which didn’t really matter, just cosmetic.
2. Rear lift door wouldn’t stay up so hard to load/unload cargo area.
