Co-Host didn’t answer his phone for 15 mins to let us into the car despite the fact we were there on time. Car had a mechanical issue halfway through the trip. These type of things happen, but the response of the cohost was not acceptable. He tried to blame me for the mechanical issue, which is ridiculous. I feel bad for the other owner of the car. I would not book the car until the cohost is replaced.

Josh was elite- very proactive with check in and check out process- very detailed including pictures for where car was- and a great location for pickup for us as we were on the cruise ship; barely a half mile from the ship. Thanks!
