Super smooth Turo experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well maintained, easy pickup/dropoff, and exactly as described. Communication was quick and clear the whole trip. Mahalo for making travel stress-free — would definitely book again!

The day before my trip, the host messaged me the info for the car. Later that day he messaged asking if my flight was delayed. I informed him that my reservation was for the next day. The day of my reservation I hadn't heard from him, so I messaged confirming the time. He responded and said the car would be there. I arrived a little early and let him know. I looked for the car where he told me it would be. It wasn't there so I messaged him and he showed up 15 minutes late (after my scheduled reservation) and brought it to a different location. He messaged that if security was there, to act like we're friends so he didnt get a fine. He handed the keys off to me and told me to return it to the original pickup location.
Ok, whatever. I finally got the car. The car itself was clean, but the tire light came on. However, it drove fine.
I returned the car the next day an hour early and messaged the host to let him know. I parked it where he told me to. I took the pictures and uploaded them, then he messaged asking me to park in a different lot. I told him I was already parked and gave him the location. He responded "OK np. Thats fine. Not a big deal." "Little + expensive" "Ready to lock?"
Later that day he sent me a picture of the $11 parking fee that he wanted me pay him via zelle for the full reservation time. I didnt respond to that since turo explicitly states not to pay through apps other than turo.
The next day he attached an invoice to my turo account for the $11 parking fee even though he brought the car to me 15 minutes late and I parked where he told me to park.
This was my first time using turo and it was a pretty frustrating experience.
1 star just because sometimes we don’t have good internet signal here and that question about the drop off day didn’t affect you at all.
Tires are run Flat . Everything was a promise.
I picked you up from the baggage claim . Something not allow for Turo. Did that for you not to pay parking on the pick up.
And the other parking lot it’s cheaper. It was just a suggestion.
