Unfortunately two days with two unfortunate flat tires put a major damper on our two days in Maui. Our host was supportive and as helpful as can be, but unfortunately, both days had two separate incidents of flat tires on his vehicle. The first day led to a horrific time 50 miles away with no cell service stuck on the furthest reaches of Maui. Told we could drive back to where we picked up the car on a run flat tire proved to be disastrous. Making it back with no rubber left on the rim, proved that the tire was not run flat. The entire day was ruined. We are certain Turo company will provide a complete refund since both days were ruined. Thank you.

Everything about this car, experience, and host were incredible. Exactly what we needed! Easy to find, and would highly recommend! When we go back to Hawaii, we will look for Javiers rental on Turo!
