Overall, we had a great experience with the car. It was in good condition, comfortable to drive, and everything went smoothly throughout the rental.
The instructions for pickup and drop-off were clear and easy to follow, and communication was straightforward.
The only thing that could have been better was the timing of the information about cleaning the car before returning it. We were informed about this quite late, so there wasn’t much time to plan for it. The previous car we rented through Turo did not require us to clean it before returning, so having this information earlier would have been helpful.
Other than that, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely consider renting from them again!
