Generally the host, the drop off point and the condition of the car was good. I would like to point out that the host made the pick-up very easy for us by driving to the location nearest to our cruise ship. We had somebody with us who had mobility issues and the Host was gracious enough to drop off the car very close to the dock. The host had excellent customer service.

Car was great for our family's use and got us to the Glacier and Auke Bay ahead of the other cruisers. Only wish it had been closer to the requested pickup spot. We had to walk 1 mile each way!
