Hello Kory. We were not rude we let you know that we could not accommodate a late return due to another rental. You then told me that you would still be returning the vehicle late. The vehicle was then returned unlocked, parking ticket missing, a sticky drink spilled all over a seat and floor. I’m sorry you feel me saying “I’m sorry I cannot approve a change due to another rental, please return the vehicle at the scheduled time” as rude.
