Great Turo experience! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were both quick and easy. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

The pick up and drop of was somewhat inconvenient and we had 6 of us with luggage, was not able to fit our bags and all people in at once. Overall the car was great and got us where we needed to go. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. First time using Turo, was better than I expected it to be.

Not sure how it’s my fault that you chose to pick up at the home location and that was inconvenient for you. Nor how you expected to fit 6 people and all your luggage in the car. I recommend reaching out to hosts in the future to check if the vehicle is large enough for your needs and expectations. Or even searching online the specifics of the vehicle you’re booking at. Then you could plan your luggage around how much space the car has. Also, look at the pick up options available to you.
