Seamless experience. Shawn was quick to respond to questions, provided clear instructions on how to pick up the car and even delivered it right near the cruise dock. He also gave us some great local recommendations to check out that made our trip even better. The Jeep we rented was clean, in great condition, and had all the amenities described. Car quality was great! We used it to visit Mendenhall and Nugget Falls, Eagle Beach, and the Shrine of St Therese. Back in downtown we visited the whale project and Tracy Crab Shack’s second location…it was quiet and delish! Loved this jeep to get us where we needed to go. Easy return and we walked the shops the rest of the evening!
