We had a sudden mechanical issue with the vehicle and, for the safety of our guests, we had no choice but to cancel the reservation. We offered the guests the option to switch to a different vehicle, but they declined the replacement option. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate their understanding.

Great experience renting the Honda Pilot! The vehicle was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was comfortable and drove great. The owner was also very responsive, friendly, and communicated well throughout the entire rental process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this owner again and highly recommend them!
