Another easy trip with Alex and his Chevy Bolt in the books. Three trips to Juneau this summer and each one with Alex. Car is always easy to find, clean and comfortable for getting around. Alex is very helpful and works to make it simple for people to get out and about in his city. Save yourself the expensive bus fares with the limited time to explore the Medenhall Visitor Center and the walk to Nugget Falls; rent the car. This trip we were joined by my in-laws and they found the car comfy too. Juneau has some interesting spots requiring parallel parking that gave us pause this time but previously we parked near the Red Dog Saloon and we hopped right back onto to ship. If you're on the Koningsdam or Eurodam, pay for the option to have the car brought close to the Port and you'll be on your way in minutes once you're off the ship. Have fun! Thanks, Alex for helping us make great memories this summer -- oh, and your special trick for giving us fabulous sunny weather each trip? We are counting on it for when we will likely come back next year. Have a good "quiet" season! :)
