Wonderful host, extremely communicative and car rides really good and has great mileage. Only had to fill up once our entire trip. Car was a little jumpy upon start up but that’s nothing we had an amazing ride nonetheless. Thank you again.

The host changed the pick up and drop off location at the last minute.w I would have never The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Then he has the nerve to try to charge us a cleaning fee for a vehicle that was dirty. We actually cleaned the vehicle the best we could with wipes. He then threatened to have us banned from using turo. I blame myself because I should have canceled when the location was changed at the last minute. Never again!
Thank You For your feedback. The pickup location was changed because i no longer had access to the original location due to it becoming private property, i understood the inconvenience and offered a 15% discount on a future rental.
I also never threatened to get you banned from turo. I simply explained that handling the cleaning issue outside of turo could help you avoid the cleaning fee and any other potential account issues , Lastly, i disagree with the vehicle being extremely dirty on pickup
