The car was not at the location at the time it was supposed to be a difficulty, reaching the host to get the vehicle.
When he arrived he stated the car needed to go back to the shop but it was okay to drive. The car sputters intermittently but it was okay. Extended the rental because I did not have to time to get my wife another vehicle and she had another job work. Carry on to the next day, car Started to break down on her way to work that was at 530 am. Reached out to the host at 6 am. He responded at 8. Ended up having to call Turo because he was giving my wife the run around. Turo called him and he wanted to talk back to me. Now he was going to be at my wife's job at 1 pm. That turned into 3. Finally I ended up trailing my wife in that unsafe vehicle when she is already afraid of Atlanta traffic. He took his time reaching out to Turo. Which caused us to get another vehicle late. More gas and headache especially since she could not pick up the new vehicle (until approved) and until an hour after she was scheduled for work.
I didn't want to leave a review at all, but since you insisted.... 🫴🏾
