Absolutely LOVED the car! Clean, nice ride! Will definitely rent again!

The car was convenient to pick up, and the exterior appeared exactly as advertised. It got me to my destination and back without any major issues.
However, I did notice a couple of maintenance concerns. The steering wheel felt shaky, as if something may need to be tightened or inspected. I notified the owner immediately after picking up the vehicle, but I never received a direct responseonly automated messages.
Additionally, the automatic trunk function does not appear to work properly. It makes a very loud noise when opening and closing, and I reported this issue as well but again only received automated responses.
Overall, the vehicle served its purpose and completed the trip successfully, but the lack of communication regarding reported maintenance concerns was disappointing.
