He was late dropping the car off at the airport. He tried to charge me a drop off fee that was included in my reservation. Gas was on 3/4 tank an TRIED to INVOICE me fee because it wasn't brought back on FULL.
Ok, let's talk about what wasn't done. The outside was filthy, the steering wheel shakes on the hwy, he velcoed the sun visor that kept hitting me in the head while driving instead of replacing it and the car makes a terrible rattling noise underneath every time you hit the gas. To be honest, I didn't realize this was in such bad shape or I would have passed all together. Embarrassing rental..

Excellent service by Chris who picked me up at the airport. The car worked well and had no major issues.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
