Pedro was a great host. He made the pickup and return process convenient and easy. He left the car on time at a convenient location at the Midway Airport Parking Garage. He delivered a very nice, clean vehicle. I would rent from him again.

Very difficult to locate car. Walked the lot for about :30 until host sent row #. Also difficult returning, as we are not familiar with ORD.
