I booked without realizing airport pick up wasn't an option, until I landed at BWI. The host never verified my license and provided no pickup instructions until I reached out directly. Discovered, their mom was going to hand me the key when I got to their house. decided to eat the entire cost and rent through Hertz instead. I'm sure the car is great but unfortunately never laid eyes on it.

The pickup location was my home address, which Jason could see before booking the car. He still chose to book it and later left a low rating because of the pickup location. That was his own oversight, not mine. The low rating appears to be based on information that was already disclosed, rather than the quality of the rental experience. Very Unprofessional.
I did what I could to provide the car, if Jason could at least try to be at the correct pickup location.
Great vehicle! Renter was flexible and responsive.
