Car was dirty upon being delivered and sunroof would not completely close. Damage on rear bumper and passenger side tailpipe. Besides that everything was fine.

The car was 2 hours delayed. The host was helpful in figuring out a plan but TURO had HORRRRIBLE customer service and would not find us a car at the same price so we could get on with our trip at the planned time
