While the car was decent, and the host was very helpful and nice, the car pickup was a terrible experience because of the staff. The staff was extremely rude to us because they did not understand my foreign driving licence (Singaporean license with English text only). They started ignoring us, and at one point the staff member locked himself in his room. Only when the host called them did they give us the car - after 45 minutes of this behaviour.
The car itself had issues with the braking - it shuddered every time we hit brake. This is problematic.
The host however helped us out but the entire experience was highly unpleasant and unprofessional from the staff, and the car brakes need to be checked.
Sorry you had a bad experience, we’ve already stopped working with that valet garage. The brakes were professionally inspected and showed no problems, and no other guests before or after your trip reported any brake concerns.
