The car was awesome. The price was fair. But the customer service was not impressive. Couldn’t find the car in the Airport parking lot because there were no specific instructions to where it was parked in a massive lot. I had an infant that had been traveling all night and had to carry him around while searching for car. I messaged Jeff multiple times but no response. Had to call Turo and get them to help. Requested reimbursement of one day for the trouble but no response. Do not recommend..
