The car was clean and free of odors. It's a decent vehicle it's just in need of some repairs. The tire light came on as soon as we picked up vehicle even though the tires were good. There's a rattle coming from the left front suspension. The headlights are not good for night driving, and the windshield was severely hazed over on the inside making it difficult to see out to drive. The pickup/dropoff is sketchy. You have to put out more money to Uber back to the airport. The host is nice, but he is hard to contact.

The pickup location was slightly ambiguous and the owner did not respond to multiple calls and messages. The car was very clean and was exactly what we needed

Jonele and his team are the best! I travel solo with two kids, they are responsive, the cars are reliable no frills, and they make pick up and give back from JFK so easy and go above and beyond! I always try and use his cars when going to/ from NY.
