The maintenance light was on and low tire light and also oil maintenance soon light was on from the day we picked up the car. It drove strange because of low tire pressure but after having a tire shop inspection they said it was only low. Yet every day I had to pay to get aired up. He said I could take it to discount tire for free (I’m on vacation and don’t want to spend hours in another tire shop.) We only filled up on gas once because we were too scared to really go where we were planning.
I don’t think I would use toro again after this experience.
So sorry things did not go correctly this time. We have inspected the tire and we found a nail on it. We have now fixed it.

Pickup and drop-off were both easy and efficient. Inside of car was clean, but outside of car was very dirty and dusty. Car maintenance sticker on windshield indicated that the car was extremely overdue for oil change and the maintenance light was on upon check-in. Tire pressure light was on upon check-in as well. There was no windshield washer fluid so we needed to add that in ourselves. Before check-in we were told that the previous people would potentially be returning the car late, but when we got the ticket for the parking lot it showed the car had previously been dropped off the day prior, so the rental company obviously didn’t get a chance to come out and check the car between the last renter and myself. Overall, not a bad experience, just some small things I’d change.

Car was great, easy to get. But front left tire didn’t have a plug and was leaking air. Had to stop at a gas station at 1am after a flight to get a replacement plug. Only disappointing factor was that we messaged the host and got a very AI generated and unhelpful response. Left solo to figure it out, thankfully a minimal fix.
So sorry you were disappointed with our automated messages. We are improving the timing and structure to make it easier for guests.
