Thank you for your feedback. At pickup, the vehicle’s tire pressure was normal with no low-pressure warnings. Tire pressure can naturally fluctuate with temperature changes. Regarding pick up instructions, a remote Tesla key was provided, but since the Tesla app could not be downloaded on the renter’s device, the remote link would not work. A physical key card was promptly provided as an alternative. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
