Car does needs some
maintenance, pick up was very hard

Everything went smoothly in terms of pick up and drop off. The only issue is that the cars lights were very dim. Had to use high beams in order to see well.

You were absolutely right about the headlights; while the bulbs were new, they weren’t as bright as expected and especially in comparison to newer vehicles. Based on your feedback, we’ve upgraded all of the vehicle's exterior lights to 6000K LED bulbs for improved visibility and a better driving experience. I definitely appreciate your input!

Great she was patient and maintained communication which was key.. I was flying during noreaster and had to change trips multiple times
