I was very disappointed by this reservation. Firstly, we landed at the airport with our 5 month old baby and took the shuttle to the parking lot we were told to pick the car up at. The car was nowhere to be found. We searched the lot for 30ish minutes in the Florida sun with our baby while waiting for the owner to reply to my messages. They finally replied and said “our crew must have moved the car” and sent a new location that was nowhere near the original spot they told us. All they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. The car was ultimately fine and served our purposes for the trip but the owners were very inflexible when it comes to drop-off location. I asked if we could drop it off in one of the airport lots close to the airport since we had a baby, lots of luggage, and an early flight (to avoid having to take the shuttle again) and they refused and required us to drop it off in an economy lot because “it is too expensive” to use the hourly or daily lot. You would’ve thought that with the pick-up debacle we experienced that they would have been a little more flexible with drop-off to help us out but no they wanted to save the extra $10 for parking. In the future I plan on booking with individual owners instead of these company or group car situations because the customer service was very subpar.
