First driving a jeep and Nicole was amazing and answers in a quick manner. Will definitely book with her again

The car was as expected for a 2019 that was used as a rental. However, upon pick up the spare tire was completely blown out. When I went to fold down the driver side visor it completely fell off. When I was driving further down the road the passenger side visor just fell off. On top of all that I noticed a grinding noise and a strong smell of brakes when we got home. The Brakes were not replaced right and were smoking like crazy when I drove it. This is not the hosts fault so I don’t blame the host. The reason for the one star review is the lack of communication and understanding from the host. Once I informed the host that I had to return it I asked if she still wanted me to put gas back in as I only used a quarter of a tank and the brakes were smoking the whole ride back over. She informed me that if I did not I would be charged whatever it cost to fill up plus $10. After I returned it early I messaged the host twice about a refund on separate days. The first time the host said she would contact Turo and I got no reply so I reached back out and got no message.
