Great Customer Service! Will rent again

Unfortunately, this rental was not worth the money. I was not informed ahead of time that there would be a $26 fee to get the vehicle out of the airport parking garage. Once we had the car, we noticed several issues: the right rear turn signal lamp was out, the check engine light was on, the car was out of windshield washer fluid, and the brakes felt like they needed attention.
The car also smelled extremely strongly of weed. Even after driving with the windows open and using Febreze, the smell did not go away for about two days. On top of that, there seemed to be an issue with the roof seal, which made the car very loud while driving.
I tried contacting the owner during the rental period about the problems and the smell, but never received a response. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle, the lack of communication, and the unexpected parking fee.

Car was amazing. The seal on the roof is loose which causes wind to sound fairly loud inside while drive. Other than that I completely enjoyed the experience.

Great communication my daughter enjoyed riding around in her favorite vehicle for her birthday car was clean and had no issues will definitely rent again
