Danielle had some health issues during the trip. She did not communicate with me when she had
Some issues come up. The oil indicator light came on. She added some oil but did not have an oil change done as she said. The original oil change sticker is still there. She did not return the car her daughter did, so there was some
Miscommunication between her and her daughter so she never talked with me to rectify anything and gave a low rating on one specific.
Her other 4 ratings of me were 5 star.
