Five stars, without hesitation.
Hugh set the standard for what a Turo host should be. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive — he personally walked me to the Jeep, unlocked it, took photos, and walked me through any existing imperfections on the vehicle so I could drive off with complete peace of mind. That level of transparency and care is rare, and it made all the difference.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee L itself was spotless, spacious, and a pleasure to drive. Great on gas, smooth ride, and everything — the air, the radio, the technology — worked flawlessly. My family was comfortable and happy the entire trip. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Hugh is the kind of host who makes you want to come back, and I absolutely will. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Book with confidence.

You know how sometimes when you give a 5 star rating you accidentally hit the 4 on one rating. That’s what I think happened. My vehicles are always immaculate and wiped down, never any clutter
