This is not my first time renting from Turo but this is my first time having an issue. When I picked up the car, the tire pressure light was on. I had the tires checked and filled but the light did not go off. I reached out for guidance and got an "I will call you back, " with no call back. I filled the tires twice and the light never went off. The key fob was completely defamed and had no buttons. The best part about this rental was the gas mileage was amazing.

Car was not ready for pickup. Staff was not helpful. I had to walk around the lot myself to look for it. The tires were low , I had to go next door to have air put in them, and then had to stop again during my trip to put more air in them. The Tire pressure light stayed on the entire time and the key fob was broke.
