C service engine light came on first day, no guarantee of a replacement car promised. Car runs rough. Needs a tune up, alignment and a complete maintenance check.

However, we would like to note that after reporting the issue, you chose to extend the trip for an additional two days. If the vehicle truly required a tune-up, alignment, and “complete maintenance check” to the extent described, continuing and extending the rental would be unusual. We were also available to assist through Turo if a replacement vehicle was needed.
