Allow me to preface this review by stating that I am a power host with over 1500 completed trips on turo.
This team of hosts (5 of them) gave me a disgusting car at trips start. I call the host and he offers a replacement… The replacement arrives and it’s dirtier than the car they gave me originally. The host then takes a water bottle and starts splashing a microfiber towel with it and wiping the interior and asks if that’s okay.
My hands are tied… I have the option of taking a dirty car or a dirtier car… not great options for a paying guest.
Proceed to trips end and the host tried to frame me for damages without knowing I took 300 pre trip photos (as soon as I mentioned that, he began to backtrack and blame his team for not noticing prior to my trip). I have politely asked for some form of rectification 3 times over the last 3 days and the host has ignored every request.
There’s 1000’s of hosts in Jacksonville, I recommend you try someone else.
