Car has a wobble and smells like cigarettes

We work very diligently to provide 5-star high quality service. Your review is an anomaly among our guest reviews and aspects of the content are not in keeping with our standards. There was no mention of any issues during your rental so this review is surprising and unsettling. Also, the vehicle was freshly cleaned and prepared prior to pick-up. In appreciation of you as a guest, we provided you with a 5-star review as well as a significant discount on a future rental.
Great process very helpful

Our pleasure Danise. To clarify, there was no Check Engine light. The indication was simply an oil change notification and we've completed that service. In appreciation for renting with us, we've provided a discount off a future rental. -Best regards
