In contrast, we are disappointed that you were unwilling to take responsibility for your loss of our RFID security pouch for the key fob. Additionally, your defensive and combative stance about this and the refuelling lack was unwarranted.

Pickup location slightly inconvenient just due to it being in a gated community and having to uber to and from the airport to pickup/drop off. Car was great besides being a tad dirty, fingerprints on the windows and dog hair in the floorboards… drove nice though, hardy like a jeep
