The rental vehicle had a pervasive cigarette odor that persisted throughout the entire rental period. With two young children in our family, this was particularly concerning and made the car unpleasant to use. In addition, we encountered mechanical and cosmetic issues within the first few days, including a small crack in the windshield and sputtering during startup.
Fortunately, we had access to an alternative vehicle, which allowed us to limit our use of this one to only the necessary airport return trip.
That said, Alvin and his team were exceptionally responsive and understanding throughout the process. I would rate their customer service highly. However, due to the significant condition issues with the vehicle itself, I must give the car a much lower rating.
