Terrible experience. I tried to not leave a review but the people running this car rental just sent me an additional $20 bill.
Where should I start. The car is on a lot deep in Duval county. Pitch black, you have to find your car in a lot full of cars. Not the most safe and comfortable experience
The guy who cleaned the car prior must have been smoking pot in it. It reeked the entire time baking in the sun.
The started on the car screeched every other time you started it for about a minute not knowing if it was going to fire on. Clearly this place cranks out volume on Turo and favors quantity over quality.
I wasn’t going to leave this review. But now they are invoicing me an additional $19 for God knows what, which I will gladly pay.
I was embarrassed as I had a client fly in from out of stated and needed an additional car to get around
