The car was fine, clean, comfortable, no issues. The host was great. When we returned the car to the Jacksonville Airport the hourly parking lot was full and therefore closed. We contacted the host and he then directed us to take the car to the economy lot. All the economy lots were full or closed! There was no parking at the airport! The host then told us to park the car in the cell phone lot. We parked in the cell phone lot. The cell phone lot is about a quarter of mile from the airport. With no shuttle service. The host sent a car for us. The host was fantastic way above what was required. I'd rent from this host anytime!

Good communication! First car I rented had problems but they quickly made a fix and put me in the equinox which was great , smooth ride great on gas no issues with the car . Thank you ! Looking forward to renting again .
