Great host, I've used them multiple times. They address any issues right away. This trip I had zero problems and the host was great about letting me extend my trip.

My experience with this Turo rental was disappointing. The first car I received had a loud muffler noise, so I had to exchange it. The host was willing to switch the vehicle, but the replacement — a Chevy Equinox — had the check engine light come on during the trip. This made me uncomfortable, and as a result, I ended up using Uber for most of my travel instead of the rental. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t choose this company to rent a car from again
